Parents & Runners,

Thank you to all that attended tonight's meeting!  I tried to record the meeting, but it doesn't look like it was saved anywhere (I'll keep looking).  I mainly covered everything in the summer COVID-19 plan handout below and answered any lingering questions.  At this point- information is power, so please read through all of the links provided on the document. Pod groups will be sent out on Sunday.

We will not keep or collect any hardcopies of anything this season, so I created a page filled with LNXC QR CODES for parents and athletes to scan if they need to at practice. 

All athletes will be required to have the following things turned in, filled out or on their person in order to participate on Monday:

  1.  Have turned in the IHSAA QUESTIONAIRE & CONSENT FORM
  2. Have turned in the MSDLT EMERGENCY & CONSENT FORM

  3. Have turned in the NEW PHYSICAL FORM IF ANSWERED YES TO ANY QUESTION IN THE IHSAA QUESTIONNAIRE**** (Physicals from FCV transfered to LN)

  4. Have read the LNXC Summer Conditioning & COVID-19 Plan

  5. Have filled out the 2020 LNXC Summer COVID-19 Plan Athlete Agreement Form

  6. Athlete will bring a mask, hand sanitizer, a personal towel (optional), and a full water bottle with their name on it.  May be kept in a drawstring bag if their name is clearly visable on the outside.

  7. Have self-evaluated themselves for COVID-19 symptoms & checked in for attendance with their coach 10 minutes before the start of practice:

    • In the past 72 hours, have you had a fever or chills and/or taken medication for a fever? (If unsure, please use a thermometer for an accurate reading. A temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit constitutes a fever according to medical professionals.)
    • Do you have symptoms related to COVID-19 such as a new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
    • In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with (was within six feet for longer than 15 minutes without protective equipment) with a person known or suspected to have COVID-19 and/or you have been diagnosed with COVID-19? 


  • BOYS Run @ 7AM Mon-Fri 
  • GIRLS Run @ 8AM M/W/F & @ 9AM T/R 
  • BOYS & GIRLS LIFT @ 8AM on T/R only if they are enrolled in weight training-- check skyward if you are not sure 

It will be hot all week, so please drink PLENTY of water throughout the day.  If you go to bed on an empty water tank-- you will wake up to train on an empty water tank.  BE SMART!  We can't wait to see everyone on Monday!
